This policy explains what information Spakeep collects through this website and how we use it. Spakeep provides revenue-recovery software for medical spas. This site is currently used to share what we’re building and to sign up founding clinics.

What we collect

When you join the founding list, we collect the information you submit: your email address, your clinic name, and (optionally) the software you currently use. We also collect basic, aggregated analytics about page visits (such as page views and referrers) to understand what’s useful.

How we use it

• To contact you about the founding pilot and your spot on the list.
• To understand which tools clinics use, so we build the right thing.
• To improve this website.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send you unrelated marketing.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of trusted providers to run this site: Supabase (database hosting), Resend (sending you a confirmation email), and Vercel (website hosting and analytics). Your information is stored with these providers solely to deliver the service described above.

Retention & your choices

We keep your information for as long as you’re on the founding list. You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time by emailing us, and we’ll take care of it.
