I’m Gnana, the founder of Spakeep. I’m a software engineer who’s spent years building systems that have to be reliable, secure, and stay out of your way.
I kept hearing the same story about med spas: a no-show on a $400 appointment is real money gone, and the software meant to help is expensive, bloated, and holds your data and your payments hostage. That’s backwards. The fix isn’t another all-in-one platform you rip everything out for. It’s a focused tool that plugs into what you already run and quietly recovers the revenue slipping through your books.
